1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the website www.grokmedia.in or any services provided by Grok Media, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

These Terms apply to all visitors, clients, and users of Grok Media's services.

2 Services Provided

Grok Media provides the following services:

• AI-powered digital marketing campaigns
• Political campaign management and consultation
• AIVoiceBot4U — automated voice calling services
• Social media marketing and management
• Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
• Marketing automation and lead generation
• Data consultation and market research
• Brand strategy and content creation
• Custom AI tool development

Services are subject to availability and may change without prior notice.

3 Client Obligations

As a client or user, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when requested
• Not use our services for illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activities
• Not violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
• Provide timely approvals, feedback, and materials required for service delivery
• Maintain confidentiality of account credentials
• Not reverse-engineer, copy, or reproduce our proprietary AI tools
• Comply with Meta, Google, and other platform policies when using our campaign services

4 Payment Terms

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise
• Payment is due as per the invoice or agreement terms
• A 50% advance payment is required before campaign launch
• Remaining balance is due within 15 days of service completion
• Late payments attract a 2% monthly interest charge
• All payments are non-refundable once work has commenced, except as specified in the refund policy
• GST and applicable taxes will be charged as per Indian law

5 Refund Policy

• Refunds are considered only if Grok Media fails to deliver agreed services
• No refund for services already rendered or campaigns already launched
• Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the issue arising
• Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days
• Ad spend paid to platforms (Meta, Google, etc.) is non-refundable

6 Intellectual Property

• All content on www.grokmedia.in — including text, graphics, logos, AI tools, and software — is the property of Grok Media
• Clients retain ownership of their original content and brand assets
• Creative work produced by Grok Media for clients transfers ownership upon full payment
• Grok Media reserves the right to use campaign work as portfolio examples unless a written NDA is in place
• Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or distribution of our tools or content is strictly prohibited

7 Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of:

• Business strategies, campaign data, and proprietary information shared during service delivery
• Client voter data, political strategies, and campaign intelligence
• Any data marked as confidential in writing

This obligation survives termination of the service agreement for 3 years.

8 Performance Guarantee Terms

Our "100% Guaranteed Results" commitment means:

• We guarantee agreed KPIs will be met within the timeline specified in the service agreement
• If KPIs are not met due to our fault, we will continue working at no additional charge until targets are achieved
• The guarantee is void if the client fails to provide required approvals, materials, or budget on time
• The guarantee is void if client-side factors (product quality, pricing, etc.) impact campaign performance
• Specific guarantee terms are defined in individual service agreements

9 Limitation of Liability

Grok Media shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of revenue or profits due to campaign performance
• Platform (Meta, Google, etc.) policy changes affecting campaigns
• Third-party service failures or outages
• Damages exceeding the total fees paid by the client in the last 3 months

10 Termination

• Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice
• Immediate termination is possible in case of breach of these Terms
• Upon termination, all outstanding payments become immediately due
• Client data will be returned or deleted within 30 days of termination
• Grok Media reserves the right to terminate services for violation of platform policies

11 Third-Party Platforms

Our services involve third-party platforms including Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google, WhatsApp, and others. By using our services:

• You authorize us to access and manage your accounts on these platforms
• You agree to comply with these platforms' own Terms of Service
• We are not responsible for changes in platform policies that affect service delivery
• We will always act within the guidelines of Meta's Platform Terms and Developer Policies

12 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be:

• First attempted to be resolved through mutual discussion within 30 days
• If unresolved, subject to arbitration as per the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996
• Subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Aurangabad, Maharashtra, India

13 Changes to Terms

Grok Media reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
